The CVB cut-to-length lines are different from LTB "Start stop" and RTB "No-stop" lines since they does not perform the stop for the crosswise cut but is the shear that synchronize and perform the crosswise cut "on the fly" and for this reason they are able to guarantee a significant increase in productivity compared to the LTB and RTB lines (+ 83.4% on 2000 mm length; + 54.5% on 3000 mm length; + 48.8% of length 4000 mm).
The CVB lines can be equipped with straightening or levelling units and for this reason are indicated for the treatment of all types of materials, both normal and delicate - sensitive surfaces (stainless steel, aluminum, color coated steel, etc.).
